Dear Linda & Karl: Thanks a lot for the wonderful days in your villa! Although we decided last minute to come to your house, everything was easy-going, from our pick-up in Amed to the airport transport at the end, with your very knowledgeable driver, Made. We enjoyed exploring this part of Bali by travelling with motorbike, went up the mountains, visited small villages, had a nice trip to Munduk ….. Ayu’s cooking is very delicious – thank you Ayu!!! Ayu also arranged a massage in the Bale twice. The masseur is skilled and knows what to do (which is not usual everywhere in Bali). I’m a physiotherapist myself and I really recommend this masseur to future guests – ask for Wati). Thanks also for the possibility to use your TV and DVD’s, books, magazines.
Dear Linda & Karl, we so enjoyed every aspect of staying here, it was wonderfully relaxing. To be able to swim in sea or pool (which was so clean and clear all the time, thanks to Putu) was just delicious. Also delicious of course was Ayu’s food, we ate something different and delicious most days and she, as well as Made and both Putus, made us so welcome and were very cheerful. We loved the places Made took us to, from snorkeling to rice paddies and coffee plantations – very informative and rich. The massage Ayu organized was sublime – such an incredibly thorough and skilled masseur, thank you, we leave recharged and long to be able to return again. We’ll also recommend your villa and staff highly to our friends and relations.
We LOVED your villa, a very restful place. For us it was so peaceful and ZEN like. Made was wonderful and did everything we asked of him. Ayu is dreamy and I nearly cried to say goodbye to her. She is a fantastic cook! I stayed in the pool room closest to the water, I cannot believe HOW close you are to the water, the sound is dreamy….. Loved seeing the local people on our run and some new towns for me.
Dear Linda & Karl, Congratulations for your very beautiful house and your very nice staff. Everything was OK during our holidays in Lovina. Dear Linda & Karl, We spent a beautiful time at your villa. Ayu & Putu (both – pool man and the night security) were very helpful. Ayu is a great cook. We enjoyed every lunch and dinner. Our trips with Made were great. He is a really good driver and showed us Bali in a perfect way. Thanks for everything.
We loved the Villa. You are basically staying in someone’s home so have all the things you need to be comfortable. The staff are lovely and helpful. Ayu shopped and cooked for us. She is a great cook and a pleasure to be around. For 50,000 Rp a day (plus ingredients) it was a steal and much better than worrying about restaurants for lunch and dinner.
We felt very spoilt and to be honest were not much interested in venturing far from the villa – instead enjoyed the pool and the daybeds and went for short walks along the beach and through the village. We took a day trip with Made one day – water temple, obligatory monkey stop, the local fruit markets, a coffee plantation, which was surprisingly good.
