Everything was clean, and the property is beautiful, pool well cared for, etc. Ayu’s cooking was delicious, and the option to have a massage at the house was convenient, affordable, and very satisfying. The host’s communication throughout the booking process was prompt, and Linda provided a lot of helpful information prior to our stay. The rest of the staff was friendly as well. We would absolutely stay again if in the area. The ocean is gorgeous. Would recommend the property to friends and family without hesitation.

My favourite vacation!
The villa is just beautiful with amazing views everywhere you look. The gardens are immaculate. The gazebo is the perfect spot to sit and watch the waves. The food was amazing. I can’t thank Ayu, Made and the rest of the staff enough for sharing their love of the island with us.

I am here after three weeks diving off of Eastern Indonesia. This is a wonderful retreat before I return home and charge into life. It’s a true Bali garden, with running water, a plonking chime, a reflecting swimming pool and tiny birds have nested in an inflorescence. The ocean is at our gate, upon request Made Bawa and his car take us around the local hilly areas that are Bali’s back roads. He is very knowledgeable. I loved seeing the old Buddhist place called Kalibubuk – as old as Borobodur. Loved being at Puri Jati Retreat and loved Ayu Julia’s wonderful food and fruit.

Wow, what a wonderful place!!! A long trip brings us here for the first time and we fell in love with this wonderful villa and it’s staff (Ayu, Made, Putu, Mega & Sangtu). A special thanks to Ayu – she is an exceptional woman who takes care of us and who is very welcoming. And Putu who has taken away all our stress from the last weeks with her incredible massages. Thank you Made to have been our guide for these 3 days. Everything was perfect and you are a very good driver.

What a paradise! This villa is far above our imagination. Pool is clean, garden is beautiful, beach is here! Ayu is wonderful housekeeper. She is a great chef and very kind for us. Don’t image from pictures of HP, you should be surprised by the real! I want to come back as soon as possible. This villa is the best one in which we have ever visited.

What a wonderful place you have!! We really had the best time. Our daughters loved the pool, the house, the beach as we did. Also the staff was superb. Ayu did a great job. And her food was delicious. The gardener, Mega, always smiling, took real good care of the pool and the garden.
We hope, one day we can come back. It is great!!

Amazing family retreat!
This beautiful home is the perfect combination of Balinese beauty and western comforts. This house is tucked way back away from the main roads but shares the public beach. We were so pleasantly greeted by Ayu and developed a friendship over the course of our stay. Our children played with her kids and others on the beach as well. Our son was invited to play soccer the first night on the beach in front of the villa and he couldn’t wait each day for the big kids to come back so he could play with them.
The house is very comfortable, spacious, and very well maintained! Our oldest (12 yrs) got to stay out in the bedroom off the pool. She was so excited to have her own space and bathroom. We were pleasantly surprised to find the bar stocked with Bintang beer we could purchase right there. Based on other reviews we also planned to spend full days at the house just relaxing and we were very happy we did!!
I had thought we would spend more time on the beach but found that the pool was so nice we spent most of our time in a chair or in the water.
From this Villa we enjoyed visiting the Buddhist Monastery, the waterfall, hot springs, and snorkeling. We had the best massage ever at the Villa and it cost $7.50 USD. The owner did not recommend the dolphin tours but we tried it anyway. It was awful! Listen to Linda and Karl. They are right! This home was great bang for our buck.
